🎓 Courses Portal Refunds
a. Eligibility
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- You have not attended any live class
- No certificate or attendance record has been issued
- The request is made before the scheduled start of your first session
b. Non-Refundable Situations
- Attendance of any live class
- Issuance of certificate or participation record
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
c. Process
- Email support@awareclubindia.com with your registered email, course name, and reason for refund. We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.
💼 Jobs Portal Refunds
a. Premium Services
- Refunds for resume scoring, interview prep, or job matching tools are considered only if:
- The service was not delivered due to technical issues
- The request is made within 3 days of purchase
- No reports, feedback, or simulations have been accessed
b. Non-Refundable Situations
- AI tools accessed or reports generated
- Employer connections initiated
- Subscription-based services after trial period
