Awareclub is committed to providing a transparent, responsive, and user-friendly experience across all its platforms. In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have established the following grievance redressal process:

📝 How to Lodge a Complaint
Users may submit grievances related to:
- Inaccurate or misleading AI-generated content
- Issues with course access, job tools, or client portals
- Refund or payment disputes
- Data privacy concerns
- Abuse, impersonation, or platform misuse
To file a complaint, please email grievance@awareclubindia.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Description of the issue
- Relevant screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
- Date and time of occurrence
🔄 Resolution Process
- The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
- A detailed response or resolution will be provided within 15 days.
- If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the issue to relevant authorities or platforms such as CPGRAMS.
