📝 How to Lodge a Complaint

Users may submit grievances related to:

  • Inaccurate or misleading AI-generated content
  • Issues with course access, job tools, or client portals
  • Refund or payment disputes
  • Data privacy concerns
  • Abuse, impersonation, or platform misuse

To file a complaint, please email grievance@awareclubindia.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Relevant screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
  • Date and time of occurrence

🔄 Resolution Process

  • The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
  • A detailed response or resolution will be provided within 15 days.
  • If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the issue to relevant authorities or platforms such as CPGRAMS.
